Non-Emergency Repairs

The simplest approach to make regular non-emergency maintenance requests is to create a work order online by logging into your account on the maintenance request portal on our website. After reviewing your request, our maintenance division will organize your repair. Critical repairs are usually completed the same day or the following day, depending on your schedule. Minor fixes will be made promptly, once more working around your schedule. No emergency service requests must be submitted through portal.

An emergency is what, exactly?

Major roof leaks in a one-bathroom house with a clogged toilet are typically regarded as emergencies.
The tenant may be without air conditioning for one or two days if the air conditioner breaks down on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday late night while it is 100 degrees outside.
It may be inconvenient, but a broken air conditioner on a weeknight is not usually an emergency, therefore it is advisable to contact the office 1st thing first thing on Monday morning. However, you should submit a work order through the portal immediately, so we are aware of the problem before the next workday.
